Begin your path to Food Defense Qualified Individual here. This online curriculum takes you step-by-step through drafting, maintaining, and improving your operation’s Food Defense Plan. In the end, you’ll walk away with a better understanding of the purpose of a robust food defense program and best practices for implementation. This course satisfies the training requirement in 21 CFR 121.4(c)(2) of the Intentional Adulteration (IA) Rule as well as GFSI scheme (e.g. BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000) food defense requirements.

Food Defense Supervisor Awareness (English & Spanish)

Building off fundamental food defense concepts, Food Defense Supervisor Awareness offers front line food workers, their supervisors, and key stakeholders an expansive overview of food defense roles and activities, as well as the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
