An Advanced, Small-Group Workshop
Move beyond theory. Strengthen real-world PCQI decision making.
The PCQI in Practice workshop is a 3-hour, instructor-led session designed for experienced Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals who want to deepen their confidence and sharpen their judgment when applying FSMA Preventive Controls in real operational environments.
This highly interactive session is capped at 15 participants to ensure meaningful discussion, direct instructor feedback, and practical problem-solving. Rather than re-teaching PCQI fundamentals, the course focuses on how to think, evaluate, and make decisions as a PCQI when plans are challenged by real-world scenarios.
