How do I assign a course that I purchased to another user?
You have several options to assign a course seat to another user. First you will log into Zosi and access the My Portal.
Access the Manage Enrollments menu item, and locate the course you wish to assign to another user. Select the Assign link for that course, and then enter the user’s email address in the “Assign Enrollment” window. Select the Assign button. You will see the user’s email address in the Course Card, and that User will receive a Course Assignment email with instructions on how to access their Zosi Learning page.
Another way to assign a course to another user is via the My Learning page. Access the My Learning menu item, and locate the course you wish to assign to another user. You should see an “Assign Enrollments” link in the course card. Select that link and enter the user’s email address in the “Assign Enrollment” window. Select the Assign button and you will see your page refresh with updated count of available seats in the Course card.
Finally, you can also assign a course to another user by selecting the Blue Hyperlink title of the Course you wish to assign in either the My Learning menu item or in the Manage Enrollments menu item. You will open a course details page which allows you to Assign Enrollments to your users.
